Project Consulting
The most common way I work with companies is through focused, high-impact consulting projects.
It starts with an audit, followed by a tailored strategic roadmap. We align on a clear timeline — typically 3 to 6 months — and I go deep, working hands-on to deliver results. I can bring in my team to accelerate execution.
This approach is best suited for teams that need immediate progress but want to take the reins once the foundation is in place.
Fractional Leadership
I step in as a fractional CMO for selected clients — owning strategy, direction, and execution alongside your leadership team.
This works under a flexible consulting agreement, similar to any high-trust contractor setup. To ensure full focus and attention, I only take on two fractional roles at a time.
If needed, I can bring in my team, but this model works best when I help you build an in-house marketing function that stays with you long after we wrap.
